The Italian motorcycle platoons (Motociclisti) were legendary during the war. Compared to the Bersaglieri they must take motorcycles. This gives them a lot of mobility and increases the platoon sizes by one for most units. They are also considered elite units which makes them very hardy in battle. Great mobility, hard to break, lots of weapons, the motociclisti are a very fun company to play. If you have a Bersaglieri company and want to try out the Motociclisti this is a good place to start.

This army will be a lot of fun to play. Your motorcycle troops can quickly deploy to objectives around the board while your support mortars use their smoke to keep enemy tanks on the move. When playing against an infantry force the AB41’s can spot ambushes. When attacking the self propelled guns can deal with large threats and dig out machineguns and other anti tank weapons.

While defending your self propelled guns will be able to deal with the enemy anti tank and your infantry will prepare to assault tanks that get too close. your mortars can deal with lighter armoured threats as well as your command anti tank rifle. The Cars are ideal for flanking any static guns your opponent might have as they are quick and can avoid being attacked since they are recon troops.

Motor Company

The motor company (motostrelkovy, armored rifle company, panzergrenadierkompanie ) is a vehicle supported infantry force that can quickly redeploy around the battlefield. This gives them a flexibility not seen in the infantry or tank companies. They are able to adapt to changing battlefield situations quickly and posess a wide array of weaponry to get the job done. They must use their mobility to gain position on the enemy deliver their ordinance on target. This company type is either the attacker against infantry or the defender against tanks when playing scenarios which reflects their adaptive nature. On defense they are able to quickly move and have a defense set up at more remote points. On offense they can quickly out flank the enemy delivering a decisive strike. They have a high survivability rate when they are dug into positions which gives them the chance to change tactics on the fly.

If you like the idea of being adaptable to most situations and having the mobility to get your troops where you need them when you need them then the motor company is for you.
